Using a design thinking approach, our interdisciplinary team explored how social media impacts mental health, focusing on validation-seeking and digital fatigue. We conducted thorough user research to identify core pain points and understand emotional experiences on social platforms.

Collaborating with communication, product, and experience designers, we ideated innovative solutions such as removing the Like button, introducing AR-enabled offline events, and gamifying real-world interactions to encourage deeper, meaningful connections.

My role centered on visual storytelling and animation, where I transformed our concepts into an engaging narrative that conveyed both the emotional and practical elements of the project. The final animation showcased the journey from insight to design intervention.

This project strengthened my skills in human-centered design and highlighted the value of cross-disciplinary collaboration. It also sparked my passion for creating socially conscious designs that foster authentic, positive user experiences.
